GradEd provides study abroad consultation services including but not limited to:

• University and program selection guidance
• Application assistance and document preparation
• Visa guidance and support
• Test preparation for IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT, and PTE
• Pre-departure orientation and support

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GradEd Study Abroad Consultants and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our service without our prior written consent.

While we strive to provide accurate information and quality services, we cannot guarantee admission to any specific university or program, visa approval, or any particular outcome.

In no event shall GradEd Study Abroad Consultants be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of India. The arbitration shall take place in Hyderabad, Telangana.
